We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service and keeping the housekeeping top-notch. The amenities were also impressive, with a spa & wellness center that offered a variety of relaxing treatments. The outdoor swimming pool had breathtaking views and the bar by the pool was a great spot to unwind. we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the luxurious facilities offered at this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The view from the balcony and rooftop pool were lovely. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast had a huge offering of delicious food. The staff was stellar.

We spent a romantic weekend at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful Austrian ski town. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in making our stay a relaxing one. The hotel had a delicious breakfast with an array of options to start our day just right. The central location made it easy to walk to all the shops and ski lifts.
The only downside to the hotel was the small pillows on the beds, that were too soft for our comfort. However, this was the only issue we encountered throughout our stay.

Best Christmas and New Year's celebration ever! the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay truly memorable. We indulged in the delicious food, especially the impressive Christmas dinner and the beautifully presented breakfast buffet. the spa area was an added bonus where we unwound after a day of skiing. An easy walk to the gondola lift and shops made the location perfect. the only downside was the language barrier as some of the staff didn't speak fluent English, but this was hardly an issue. the hotel's reception desk closed early, which was a bit inconvenient, but this was only a minor problem. we highly recommend this hotel for an amazing winter holiday! .

The hotel's location in the center of town made it incredibly convenient for exploring everything that the area had to offer. its proximity to the slopes and gondola made skiing a breeze. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options available.
There was a noticeable lack of amenities and facilities in the hotel, which was somewhat disappointing.
